Visit supportWhat is Bye to Bloat?
A food, fiber, and symptom tracking experience with a guided 14-day reset and optional coaching. It helps you observe patterns and build habits; it does not provide a medical diagnosis.
Do I need a coach?
No. You can use the self-guided tools without coaching. Coaching adds a connected coach dashboard, messaging, and a personal plan when included in your tier.
Does my iPhone account work on the web?
Yes. The iPhone app and web client area share an account and data. Sign in with the same method you used in the app.
Can I log meals without taking photos?
Yes. You can add food manually and save repeat meals. Photo logging is an option for speed, and its nutrition estimates should be reviewed.
Are the fiber numbers exact?
No. Fiber and nutrient values depend on food data, portions, and preparation. Photo-based estimates are especially approximate.
What can my coach see?
If you have coaching access, your assigned coach can review your available logs, check-ins, and progress in the connected dashboard so your conversations have context.
Is the 14-day reset a treatment plan?
No. It is a guided way to notice routines and make small changes. Persistent or concerning digestive symptoms should be discussed with a healthcare professional.
How do I manage an iPhone subscription?
Subscriptions purchased in the iPhone app are billed by Apple. Manage them in your Apple Account settings. Deleting your account does not cancel Apple billing.
