A gentle 14-day reset for noticing food patterns

A two-week framework for observing meals, fiber, and symptoms through small changes rather than restrictive rules.

Begin with a baseline

For the first few days, keep your usual routine and record meals, approximate fiber, and symptoms. Include ordinary details such as meal timing and whether you ate on the run. The point is to understand where you are, not to grade your choices.

Choose one small experiment

After you have a baseline, choose one manageable change: slow down one meal, replace a fizzy drink, or adjust how quickly you increase fiber. Keep everything else as steady as practical. Small experiments are easier to interpret and easier to maintain.

A two-week journal is an observation tool. It is not a treatment protocol or a promise that symptoms will resolve in 14 days.

Review, then decide

At the end, look for recurring patterns and note what remains unclear. If symptoms bother you, change suddenly, or occur with other symptoms, share your notes with a healthcare professional.
